  We first asked what the age of everyone who took the survey was, we did this because age influences movie preferences, also when we look at the results we know what age group dominated the results; this is also the reason we asked about gender, different genders have different preferences. Our next question was do you enjoy horror movies, we came up with this question because we wanted to know what the people who took this surveys initial thoughts on horror movies.
